Alex Buchanan - has worked in institutional equities and corporate finance since 1998. After 12 years in institutional equities (initially at JP Morgan Cazenove), he established an alternative financing group at Lazard before going on in 2010 to build the alternative capital division (private equity advisory) at Mirabaud & Cie - (a 200-year-old Swiss bank with $25bn of Assets under Management). Since that time he has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has published two books on finance and is a graduate of Oxford University.
Toby Howell - has worked in investment banking since 1999. He began his career at UBS Warburg before going on to establish the corporate finance division of Hichens Harrison & Co. From 2010 he worked in the private equity and alternative capital division at Mirabaud and since that time has focused on advising, lending to and investing in private businesses. He has operational leadership experience in the British Army, is a graduate of Newcastle University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Finance and Accounting from the CISI.
Adrian Pritchard started his Corporate Finance career in 1990 with of JP Morgan Chase based variously in London, New York and with Hambrecht & Quist in San Francisco. Adrian has advised on projects in Europe, the Middle East and the United States in a variety of industries including building products, technology, chemicals, financial services, utilities, consumer products and natural resources. Adrian’s recent completed deals include advising on several successful buy-outs and business sales
Gideon Bernstein - joined Nash & Co in 2017 after graduating with a 2:1 in BSc Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham. He has since achieved the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
Stéphane Haddad joined the firm in 2002 and co-heads the M&A Construction team. He began his career in corporate finance in 1995 at JP Morgan Chase and later worked in venture capital. He received an MBA (Finance) from CASS Business School, London
Pablo Fuster joined Nash & Co in 2017. Prior to Nash & Co, he began his investment banking career in 2015 as an M&A analyst at Clearwater International, Madrid, where he played an important role in the execution of several M&A transactions and fundraising activities, both in Spain and cross border, being actively involved in a variety of pitch and execution activities in the industrial, engineering and automotive sectors
Alan founded the business in 2000. He continues to oversee distribution and deal origination for EIS transactions. He has worked for a wide variety of City firms including Merrill Lynch and PaineWebber over the past 30 years and sits on the boards of several companies advised by Nash Fitzwilliams. He is a graduate of Oxford University.
Paddy joined Nash & Co in 2010 and focuses on deal origination and distribution. He has been closely involved with small businesses for much of his career, both in a CEO capacity and for firms such as Ludgate Investments.
